- Anti Harassment Platform
- Direct Consent
- APIs
- Developer tools
- Future products and services operated by Argent Nexus Communications
Some Services may include additional product-specific terms, service level agreements (SLAs), or enterprise agreements. Where those conflict with these Terms, the product-specific agreement will control for that Service.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
- You provide accurate and complete registration information where required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some Services include artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries, assessments, predictions, or insights are provided to assist users and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, psychological, employment, or regulatory advice unless explicitly stated.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and exercising independent judgment before relying on them.
Argent Nexus does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for every purpose.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the information, documents, files, assessments, messages, and other content you submit (“User Content“).
By submitting User Content, you grant Argent Nexus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, maintaining, and providing the Services.
You represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- Your content does not violate applicable laws.
- Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
You remain solely responsible for your User Content.
8. Enterprise Customer Data
For enterprise customers, Argent Nexus generally acts as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the customer.
The customer is responsible for:
- Obtaining all necessary permissions.
- Providing appropriate notices.
- Ensuring lawful processing of personal information.
- Managing user permissions within their organization.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, code, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, databases, documentation, graphics, text, AI models, algorithms, and technology, are owned by Argent Nexus Communications or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services.

Argent Nexus is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
13. Fees and Payments
Certain Services are offered on a paid subscription or usage basis.
Where applicable:
- Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- Subscription pricing may change upon reasonable notice.
- Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Enterprise agreements may contain separate billing terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

- Payment obligations are not met.

15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Argent Nexus disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not warrant that:
- Services will always be available.
- Services will be error-free.
- AI-generated outputs will always be accurate.
- Services will satisfy every user’s expectations.
- All defects will be corrected.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argent Nexus Communications, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to the use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Argent Nexus’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount paid by you to Argent Nexus for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100 if no fees have been paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argent Nexus Communications and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
18. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws governing the use of the Services.
You may not use or export the Services in violation of applicable laws.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting Argent Nexus entity and any mandatory laws that apply to the user.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in a separate written contract, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the contracting Argent Nexus entity is established.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Argent Nexus Communications regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
